Papa Murphy’s has a new low-carb pizza. Burger King has a low-carb hamburger. Applebee’s has rolled out a new low-carb menu, as have dozens of other national restaurant chains. There are low-carb tortillas, breakfast cereals, breads, and just about anything else you’d care to eat! No doubt about it…..low-carb dieting is the biggest trend since deep-fryed turkeys!


But as we’ve discussed in the last few articles, low-carbing may not be right for everyone. While the evidence does support the claim that a reduction in carbohydrates will help you lose weight, conclusive evidence on the long-term impact of low-carbing remains elusive.

What is Fibro Fog?

While the most predominant symptoms of fibromyalgia include widespread pain and persistent fatigue, the resulting cognitive impairment of this condition may be its most maddening.


Commonly referred to as fibro fog, this symptom is a conglomeration of cognitive challenges. Fibro fog is understood to be a physical symptom of fibromyalgia, not a psychological one. While research on fibro fog is scarce, experts agree that it is not the result of Alzheimer s disease, dementia, or other brain function deterioration condition. Of utmost importance is recognizing that fibro fog can be managed and with the reduction of fibromyalgia s other symptoms, the cloud of fibro fog will also fade away.

To Gain Muscle, All Pros Do Only 1 Set!

Every pro bodybuilder does only 1 set per exercise to failure to gain muscle mass…..whether they say so or not.


I’m going to answer one of the most asked, most contradicted questions about how to train to gain weight around:


“How many sets does it take to gain muscular size and development?”


Now, I’m referring to sets per exercise.


When you perform a set in a “certain” manner, with the correct amount of weight and for a very “specific” rep range, you will have induced the maximum growth in that muscle.
