When we think about muscle fitness it can literally mean two different things including a person has more powerful muscles that have strength to lift extremely heavy objects. And it can even mean that people will work for a longer periods of time before becoming tired and thus have more strength and stamina to outlast others and achieve a high level of overall personal fitness.
